Appetizers

Creamy mashed avocado's, mixed with lime juice and flavorful spices. This savory dish of Mexican origin typically with tortilla chips.

Salsa & Chips

 A flavorful sauce typically made from tomatoes, onions, chili peppers, lime juice, and spices, ranging from mild to spicy. Crispy tortilla chips used for dipping.

Pico de Gallo

A fresh Mexican salsa made with chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, and salt. Often served as a topping for tacos, grilled meats, or alongside chips. 

Pico de Gallo con Nopales

 A fresh Mexican salsa made with chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, nopales, lime juice, and salt. Often served as a topping for tacos, grilled meats, or alongside chips. 


Side Dishes

Rice

 a versatile grain that is a staple food in many cultures around the world. It can be steamed, boiled, or fried and served plain. Our most requested rice is Mexican rice.

Beans

 Mexican beans are a hearty and flavorful dish often made with pinto or black beans cooked with onions, garlic, and spices. They can be served whole, refried, or mashed.

Mashed Potatoes

 A creamy, fluffy dish made by boiling potatoes and mashing them. They have a mild, comforting flavor and a soft texture that pairs well with everything from roasted meats to savory gravies. 


Fruit Platters

An assortment of freshly sliced fruits such as strawberries, grapes, melon, pineapple, and kiwi. Decorated and arranged neatly on a large tray. We offer a variety of different fruit platters in different arrangement forms.

 A vibrant, zesty sauce made from ripe tomatoes blended with chili peppers, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs. It has a bright, tangy flavor with a hint of heat that adds a lively kick to chips, tacos, and grilled dishes. 

Salsa Verde

A fresh, tangy sauce typically made from tomatillos blended with green chili peppers, onions, garlic, and cilantro. It has a bright, slightly tart flavor with a crisp heat that adds a refreshing kick to tacos, grilled meats, and tortilla chips.

Birria

 Birria is a savory Mexican stew traditionally made with goat or beef, slow-cooked with a blend of chili peppers, spices, and herbs until tender and flavorful. It is often served with tortillas, onions, cilantro, and a rich consommé for dipping. 

Chicken Tinga

 Chicken tinga is a Mexican dish made with shredded chicken simmered in a smoky, spicy tomato and chipotle sauce. this taste recipe offers a rich and tangy flavor.

Spaghetti w/Marinera

A classic pasta dish featuring tender strands of spaghetti coated in a rich tomato sauce simmered with garlic, herbs, and olive oil. 

Pasta Poblana

A flavorful dish featuring tender pasta coated in a smoky red sauce. It has a rich, slightly spicy taste with a smooth, velvety texture that blends warmth and depth in every bite.
